Do I need to be at home when you clean ?
No. It's your choice if you want to be home or not.
                                  
Do I have to sign a contract ?
No. We'll have a verbal agreement and it can be ended any  
time.
                                                          
Are you OK with pets ?
Yes. Our staff are comfortable with pets and if your pet needs  
to be let outside, while we are cleaning, no problem !
                                                             
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment ?
Yes, our staff have everything they need to clean your home,
unless you want otherwise.


Can you give me a estimate by phone?
To give you a estimate by phone is not fair for you or for us.
We like to meet with you (any time) and go over the details of each
room in your house. 
We base our prices on many factors and your individual needs.


Are you insured? How about references ?
Yes, we are fully insured and our references are excellent.
When we meet for a free, no obligation estimate, I will give
you a list with our references.

Do you clean homes just once, or do you have long-term cleaning?
The majority of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a    
regularly scheduled day but, we also clean homes every other
week or even once a month.
We'll work with you to customize our services with your budget.

How long have you been in business ?
Carolina Cleaning started as family business in 1994 and   
successfully continues to grow, attracting many new private and  
corporate clients.

Do you guarantee your services ?
Yes.
We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from   
any task, we will arrange to come back and re-do it absolutely
free of any charge.
In order to resolve any issues related to quality of service, we
need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no  
later than 24 hours.

Will The Same Cleaning Professionals Come Every Time?
Yes. In most cases, you will have the same cleaning professionals
every time. We try hard to keep everything the same, so you  
always know what to expect.

Do you customize your service ?
Absolutely! We want you to use our services as efficiently as  
possible to get the most for your money. We'll work with you
to customize our services with your budget.

What if a member of your staff breaks something?  
Our staff is trained to be very careful; unfortunately accidents   
do occur. Our insurance carriers will handle any major
losses, while we usually handle minor mishaps directly.
